MARCO SCINTI ROGER Marco Scinti Roger è nato a Napoli nel 1962, diplomato in Chitarra al Conservatorio “San Pietro a Majella” di Napoli sotto la guida del Maestro Francesco de Sanctis, ha seguito corsi di perfezionamento con i Maestri Mario Gangi, Alvaro Company e Bruno Battisti Damario.  Nel 1999 ha conseguito il diploma in didattica della Musica (corso quadriennale) presso il Conservatorio di Fermo. Premiato in diversi concorsi chitarristici, è insegnante titolare di chitarra nella scuola Medie ad Indirizzo Musicale nonché docente di chitarra classica presso l’Istituto Musicale “N. Vaccaj” di Tolentino. Affianca all’insegnamento l’attività concertistica, con repertorio comprendente musiche dal Seicento ai giorni nostri; ultimamente si è dedicato allo studio di trascrizioni e arrangiamenti per chitarra di brani di musica Jazz, Pop, New Age.

 

   MARCO SCINTI ROGER, born in Naples in 1962, graduated from the neapolitan San Pietro a Majella Conservatory of Music, where he studied guitar under the tuition of Francesco  De Sanctis.  He refined his technique studying under the great Mario Gangi, Alvaro Company and Bruno Battisti Damario.  In 1999, following a four-year course, he was awarded his degree in music teaching from the Fermo Conservatory of Music.  The  winner of numerous competitions, he has taught guitar in music academies, as well as teaching classical guitar at the “N. Vaccaj” Institute of Music in Tolentino.  Alongside his teaching work he is a concert performer, with a repertoire from the seventeenth century to the present day.  Recently he has devoted himself to transcribing and arranging jazz, pop and new age music for the guitar.
