MEGAN FEIBUSCH

La Sig.na Megan Feibusch, ha iniziato la suonare il piano all’età di 3 anni. La sua prima insegnante è stata Sophie Pak-Cheung, a cui sono seguiti 9 anni di studio con Assuntina Giorgio. Ha anche suonato il fagotto con Christopher Millard,Lewis Kirk,Marvin Feinsmith e Andrea Herr e ha partecipato al Eastern US Music Festival, alla Colgate University, al National High School Music Institute, alla Northwestern University, alla New Jersey All-State Orchestra e all’All-Eastern Symphonic Band. E’ stata primo fagotto per 5 anni nella Sussex County Youth Orchestra e nella New Jersey Youth Symphony, suonando in Cina e a Praga, al Haydn Music Festival di Viennaed in vari eventi a New York City, New Jersey inclusa la Carnegie Hall. Megan Feibusch ha anche suonato con Assuntina Giorgio alla Carnegie Hall di NYC ed annualmente alla Steinway Hall di NYC. Attualmente al secondo anno presso la Northwestern University, dove studia ethnomusicologia, direzione artistica e produzione, ha partecipato inoltre al Festival Musica e Arte di Tolentino, in Italia, nel 2006-2008. |
Ms.Megan Feibusch started playing piano at the early age of 3. Her early training was with Sophie Pak-Cheung, and 9 years with Assuntina Giorgio. She also studied bassoon with Christopher Millard,Lewis Kirk,Marvin Feinsmith and Andrea Herr where she participated in the Eastern US Music Festival at Colgate University, National High School Music Institute at Northwestern University,New Jersey All-State Orchestra and All-Eastern Symphonic Band. Ms.Feibusch played principle basson for 5 years with Sussex County Youth Orchestra and New Jersey Youth Symphony where they performed in China,Prague, the Haydn Music Festival in Vienna and various venues in New York City,New Jersey including Carnegie Hall. Ms.Feibusch also performed piano with Assuntina Giorgio at Carnegie Hall in NYC, annually at Steinway Hall,NYC. Currently a sophomore at Northwestern University studying ethnomusicology,arts administration and production. Participate in the Music e Arte Festival, Nicola Vaccaj Institution, Tolentino Italy-2006-2008. |
